CINDY’S SECRET: Cinderella had nothing, yet she had everything. Her secret is simple, she was able to create abundance out of the ashes of the world around her. What life lessons can we learn from her, and how can she help us to empower ourselves during seasons of stress, despair, and sadness?
This workshop examines how we can use our individuality, creativity, and awareness to create a shift of perception that leads to deeper thinking, higher living. Recommendations are based off social science by respected researchers within their respective fields that I have turned into a presentation story to bring the best of both learning formats: logic with emotion to the engagement.
The strength of this workshop is that the information is applicable to all humans regardless of where we are in the development of our sense of self-actualization, meaning understanding, feeling, and being the best version of our self, yet the application of what is shared is tailored for each individual life – truly each individual life through handouts, scenarios, and homework packets for future reflection.
The length of this presentation can be adjusted to the needs of the situation. A minimum of an hour is recommended. Although is a two-to-three-hour workshop within ideal circumstances.
